Back in my corporate days, I found myself constantly doing more, even though I was drowning. I thought that if I “just did this one more thing,” I would finally achieve a vaguely-defined, seemingly unattainable version of success. But despite doing it all, I could never achieve it all.
The problem wasn't a lack of ability or willpower. It was subconscious blocks and patterns holding me back.
Through years of learning and teaching this work, I've learned that "doing more" never actually gets you more. In order to bridge the gap to where you are to where you want to be and stay aligned in your goals, we have to look at what's going on internally first.
And that’s what we’ll do inside Alignment Checkpoint.
How does it work?
A 4-week experience for your new year and mid-year checkpoint
This 4 week group experience is designed to serve as a realignment checkpoint for you- whether it’s the beginning of a new year or 6 months down the road.
Every six months, we will come together as a community to get clear on your goals, discover subconscious blocks that might be holding you back, and learn how to move from where you are to where you want to be with actionable, attainable steps.
Each week we’ll come together for a LIVE CALL that will guide you through a simple, supportive process based on the same foundational teaching I use with my 1:1 clients.
